<p><b>Job Description Summary</b></p>Location: Prague, Czechia; Hyderabad, India<br/><br/>Our Information Security &amp; Compliance (ISC) group are looking for a Senior Specialist - Cyber Tools (Automation - IAM) to join the team!<br/><br/>Our Senior Specialist Cyber Tools role will be responsible for designing and implementing automations in area of IAM.<p><br/> </p><p><b>Job Description</b></p><p><b>Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</b><br/> </p><ul><li><p><span>Develop, implement and maintain automated tools and processes in IAM &amp; security area, driving automation from an end-to-end perspective, from requirements gathering to implementation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Security Operations, and Engineering, to integrate cyber tools and automation into existing infrastructure.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Continuous improvement of existing automation tools, to ensure value added from automation.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you will bring to the role:</b></p><ul><li><p><span>BE/ BTech with 5+ years of overall working experience in information technology, at least 3 years in IAM area.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong understanding of the Identity and Access Management concepts.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Hands-on experience with IAM solutions within Microsoft ecosystem (in either engineering or administration role for both on-prem and cloud solutions)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong understanding of Federation Protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID), and Single Sign On (SSO) models</span></p></li><li><p><span>Hands on experience in scripting, specifically with PowerShell, Python, Java script.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Background with Ansible or vRealize platform.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong technical background and problem-solving skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Very good understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD and MS graph API</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>Good to have experience with:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>RPA automation platforms: Power Automate, UiPath, AI.</span></p></li><li><p><span>CyberArk</span></p></li><li><p><span>Integration to SaaS platforms via API’s</span></p></li><li><p><span>Building dashboards in Power Bi &amp; Microsoft Sentinel.</span></p></li><li><p><span>ServiceNow SaaS platforms</span></p></li><li><p><span>General knowledge of IT security area</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Commitment to Diversity &amp; Inclusion:</b></p><p>We are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.</p><p></p><p><b>You’ll receive (Czechia only):</b><br/>Monthly pension contribution matching your individual contribution up to 3% of your gross monthly base salary; Risk Life Insurance (full cost covered by Novartis); 5-week holiday per year; (1 week above the Labour Law requirement) ; 4 paid sick days within one calendar year in case of absence due to sickness without a medical sickness report; Cafeteria employee benefit program – choice of benefits from Benefit Plus Cafeteria in the amount of 12,500 CZK per year; Meal vouchers in amount of 105 CZK for each working day (full tax covered by company); Transportation Allowance; MultiSport Card.
