Integrated Retail Planning Project Manager (Wholesale)

Riverflex is looking for a Planning Project Manager (Wholesale) for our client who is an internationally active group focused on products for nature and outdoor life.

As a Planning Project Manager, you will be responsible for aligning all processes across the business with regards to Wholesale Planning. You will take an in depth look at the current different planning structures, understand them, and provide recommendations in order to provide alignment.

You will play an integral part as a visionary thinker for the respective team, and possess and understanding of integrated business planning.

What you will be responsible for:

As a Planning Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Take an in depth look to the current different planning structures, understand them, and provide recommendations for alignment and integration into one common process with variations and understanding what those variations are
• Driving the understanding of demos for different planning tools/platforms
• Proving guidance on where to start, what the business needs to look at/consider and draft a visionary process
• Attending workshops in order to provide end-to-end recommendations to meet the end goal
• Provide recommendations on different types of planning tools/platforms

Requirements

Essential qualifications/skills/competencies required:

• Experienced in organisational wide planning (not just assortment, demand or financial planning)
• Experienced in end-to-end integrated business planning and processes
• Experienced in seeing different business perspectives come together, and understanding how these perspectives could be aligned and integrated into one common process
• Experience with a variety of planning tools/platforms
• Experience in retail, specifically wholesale
• Experienced visionary thinker
• You are located in Europe/UK
