Responsibilities:

•    Instruct and monitor training progress for all new hires and position changes     
•    Ensure quality of product that trainees produce    
•    Cleanliness of the training area 
•    Help identify and monitor trainers on all shifts     
•    Provide final assessment of operators to meet QMatrix levels
•    Work with managers to identify and recommend training needs
 

Qualifications:

•    Operate various machinery    
•    Completion of Freudenberg Train the Trainer Course    
•    Working knowledge in MS Office within 3 months of starting position
•    High School diploma
•    Strong written and verbal skills
