The location in Calhoun, TN is seeking talent to fill the position of Calhoun Tissue Production Manager. 

 

Focus – The Manager does the following in a safe working manner:

 

• Models expected company behaviors and follows the company’s safety, environment, and production guidelines and policies
• Provides direction and coaches area superintendents (TM and Converting) to achieve KPI’s in Safety, Environment, quality and production.

 

Accountability Metrics – The Manager will be assessed using the following metrics:

 

• Safety
  • Conformance to company policies and standards
  • Number of safety incidents (OSHA, first-aids, etc.)
  • Employee adherence to all safety metrics
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and annual production

  • CapEx Project performance and efficacy
  • Inventory management
• Process and Equipment health
  • Process equipment health (Reliability/Maintenance/Outage planning)

Tissue Production Manager Duties and Responsibilities

 

 

• Safety
  • Conducts safety investigations and shares and implements results
  • Participates in monthly safety meetings
• Strategy
  • Leads the strategic plan of the TM and Converting plant (safety, environment, production, and cost)
  • Communicates plan, with detailed and specific actions to achieve strategic outcomes
• Initiatives
  • Manages the planning, development, and execution of initiatives
  • Develops new ideas for improvement initiatives
