Responsibilities and Duties include
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings
- Complete all training requirements
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences
- Have clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD)
- Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Effective written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in the use of typical office technology, Apple products, and Electronic Health Record systems
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Fully licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD) with a valid state of Connecticut License
- Specialized experience in neurodivergent-affirming care, identity/gender-affirming care, trauma-informed care, and eating disorders.
- Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
- Credentialed with insurance panels
- Experience working with children, adolescents and teens
