You’ll use modern CRM systems, communication platforms, and digital tools to move fast, stay accurate, and deliver a customer experience that actually feels like service — not a call center.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and urgency

• Use digital customer service platforms to document details and dispatch accurately

• Leverage technology to schedule service, manage workflows, and support field teams

• Ask smart questions to uncover customer needs and match them with the right services

• Educate homeowners about Maintenance Plans — and earn commission when they sign up

• Bring CARE to every interaction:

What You Bring

• Call center or customer service experience (preferred)

• A calm, confident phone presence

• Strong communication skills and digital literacy

• Ability to multitask across multiple software platforms

• Accuracy, reliability, and pride in doing things the right way
