We are looking for you to join our team as a Principal Cyber Systems Administrator based out of Tampa, FL.

Please Note:

• Due to the classified nature of the work being performed, this position does not offer any virtual or telecommute working options. Applicants are encouraged to apply, only if they are willing to work on-site.
• This position follows a Panama schedule that includes working 12-hour shifts. This schedule allows for employees to have a three-day weekend every other week and rotates from days to nights approximately every 12 weeks. Employees are compensated with a pay differential during their night shift rotations.
• Double contingent posting – Interim Top Secret Security Clearance and Program availability needed prior to start date. Ability to obtain a full TS/SCI Clearance required for continued employment.

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support (Domain Administration, System Administration, and Network Administration).
• Monitor and maintain smooth operation of computer systems, applications and user experience.
• Provide effective communication across multi-functional teams, stakeholders and end users.

Basic Qualifications  

• Master's Degree with 3 years of experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience; OR an Associate's Degree with 7 years of experience; OR a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 9 years of IT experience is required.
• US Citizenship
• Ability to obtain an Interim Top Secret security clearance prior to start date. Interim Top Secret clearance must be in place by the start date. Full TS/SCI must be in place for continued employment within a reasonable amount of time past the start date.
• Must possess a current DoD 8570 Certification for IAT Level II or higher prior to start date (example: Security+ CE)
• Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems.
• Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.
• Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all supported devices, mobile devices, etc.
