About the role

The Senior GDR II, plays a critical role in filling the sales funnel by executing outbound prospecting activities and converting leads into initial meetings with qualified independent primary care practices. Building on the responsibilities of a Senior GDR I, this role will also be tasked with selling and cross-selling multiple lines of business to both new prospects and existing clients.
We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US.

Primary Duties

  • Sell and cross-sell multiple lines of business including MSSP, Medicare Advantage, Commercial, and Medicaid contracts to existing Aledade PY0+  (Participation Year 0 and beyond) clients 
  • Collaborate with the Contracting Ops team to send out Participation Agreements, verifying practice information to minimize errors and streamline the contracting process. 
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Aledade’s performance teams in account management to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation and ongoing support. 
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and value propositions of additional services or contracts to encourage cross-selling opportunities and drive revenue growth 
  • Directly responsible for achievement of the Medicare Advantage goal as set for your specific markets by the Growth team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within the healthcare industry

Preferred KSA's

  • Proven track record of being a top performer against company-set metrics and targets 
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and value-based care models
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills 
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
