What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating invoices according to company practices using Enviroware and SAP software
  • Maintains and updates customer files in SAP, including name or address changes
  • Corresponds with Customer Service regarding invoice questions, statement of accounts, credits and other billing related issues.
  • Processes and creates customer credits as needed.
  • Reviews invoices for accuracy.

Work Environment
