Summary
We are searching for a seasoned and strategic Principal of Client Quality/QA to serve as an individual contributor focused on risk mitigation. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive QA program specifically tailored to Medicaid Cost Containment. You will leverage your deep understanding of data quality and Medicaid regulations to ensure our products and services meet the highest standards and deliver exceptional value to our client.
Your role in our mission
- Develop and implement a robust client focused QA strategy aligned with Medicaid cost containment products and services.
- Design, execute, and analyze various testing methodologies (manual and automated) to identify and mitigate risks.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect tracking reports.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Client Engagement, IT, Operations) to ensure a quality-centric approach throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline QA processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Stay abreast of evolving Medicaid regulations, product requirements and industry best practices, proactively adapting the QA program as needed.
- Provide insightful reporting and analysis on QA activities to senior management.
- Foster a culture of quality within the organization by promoting awareness and accountability for quality standards.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 8+ years of experience within quality assurance, preferably within the healthcare or Medicaid industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful QA programs that deliver measurable results.
- In-depth knowledge of Medicaid regulations and compliance requirements.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification Preferred
- Strong understanding of various testing methodologies (manual and automated).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with medical claims, eligibility, reporting & analytics, and databases.
- SQL, Tableau and/or PowerBI experience required

The pay range for this position is $98,400.00 - $140,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
