Position is located in Greeley, Colorado. Residency requirements apply. Full time. Relocation assistance may be considered. Benefits eligibility on day of hire.

$42.00 - $45.00

Primary Duties
1. Oversees and executes operational activities within one or more of the following functions: service, construction/maintenance, meter reading, leak survey, damage prevention, corrosion, measurement, instrumentation, and controls.
2. Ensures all activities are performed with regard to safe operational policies and procedures to protect employees, the system, and the public.
3. Leads as a culture champion by promoting our vision, strategy, AtmoSpirit principles, and supporting safety and wellness initiatives.
4. Responds to customer requests and performs service, construction and emergency orders as needed.
5. Assists with the scheduling, coordination, project management and execution of assigned O&M and capital projects such as main installation and replacement projects, and large volume meter sets.
6. Responds to customer inquiries and complaints, involving areas of responsibility, to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction is maintained. Coordinates activities with regard to emergencies, outages,
and pressure problems.
7. Establishes schedules necessary to achieve completion of mandated annual surveys and related reports (These functions may be performed by the Compliance Supervisor in some divisions.)
8. Completes and maintains accurate records and reports to comply with Company and regulatory requirements.
9. Leads in the implementation and training of new technology, policies, procedures, or standards.
10. Acts as a damage prevention ambassador for area developers, contractors, and other utilities in the location of natural gas lines.
11. Responsible for local standby/on-call rotation to ensure responsiveness to natural gas and other emergencies. May be required to pull standby/call-out when needed.
12. Assists with the selection, development, training, and performance evaluation of assigned non-exempt employees. Attends leadership meetings; handles confidential and sensitive information.
13. May serve as a Field Mentor and/or OQ Evaluator.
14. Promotes a positive company image by participating in local civic and professional organizations.
15. May represent the Company to local and state regulatory authorities, public officials, customers, and the general public involving company matters.
16. May establish business relationships with area developers, home builders, contractors, and economic/industrial development groups in support of customer growth.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Educational/Experience Level:
High school diploma or equivalent and
Four years natural gas service or construction & maintenance field experience.
Must have obtained Sr Level status in either service or construction & maintenance
Certificates, Licenses, etc.:
Must have and maintain minimum Operator Qualifications (OQs) and classroom training for position.
Requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Company standards. May require CDL, if required see Driver Qualification policy.
Must obtain and maintain a Competent Person certificate within six months.
Must obtain and maintain any other required OQs and classroom training or certifications within six months.
Computer Skills:
Requires working knowledge of various software applications for data entry, reference and/or retrieval tasks.
Communication Skills:
Requires the ability to communicate with internal/external customers to obtain and/or provide explanations and/or information.
Work Conditions:
Work requires entry to customer premises.
Works indoors in an office environment and outdoors in all types of weather and may be exposed to extremes of climate and temperatures, high noise levels, rough terrain, and occasional work on ladders, roofs, attics, and under houses as well as confined spaces.
Serves as a working supervisor and a member of a team.
May have residence requirement due to call-out response time.
