About the role


Responsibilities
Assist in the technical activities necessary to restore or repair commercial and residential personal properties damaged by fire, smoke, water, mold, bio-hazard and other factors
Must responds to job sites as directed, and performs all tasks in accordance with company and industry certified standards.

You will be responsible for the oversight and management of the Contents Department to include overseeing the estimating and execution on all personal property mitigation and contents work involving the removal, cleaning and storage of contents.

Will provide direction and coordination of field activities related to the installation teams and any coordinated subcontracts, estimating the loss of the entire project through the use of Xactimate, managing the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle, and securing any unique materials, and/or equipment required to complete the project. Using Xactimate software to estimate residential and commercial water, fire, wind and mold contents removal, cleaning and storage projects.

Responding to property damage emergency calls Negotiating contents services and insurance claims settlements. Planning, organizing and managing crews and subcontractors Establishing and maintaining client relationships, attending all appropriate company meeting and company sponsored training sessions.

Practice safe and efficient work techniques to minimize potential injuries and hazardous conditions and participate in safety meetings and inspections while keeping all material areas are kept neat and orderly. Maintain acceptable levels of housekeeping at all times with regard to equipment and assigned work area and/or department

 
Qualifications:

  • Valid Drivers License
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • ability to pass a background check
  • Must have reliable means of transportation to and from work
  • Time management and organization skills
  • Flexible and able to problem solve
  • Work well in a team
  • Possess strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • We will train you on our systems such as Xactimate.
 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.47 - $21.37 per hour depending on experience

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
Work Location: In person
Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
