Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Support the accounts receivable process by partnering with our shared services team and AR Analyst to ensure completeness and accuracy of billing and collections.
• Prepare weekly cash disbursement files to support the company’s cash flow management process. Coordinate with AP Analyst to respond to queries from internal partners and outside vendors as needed.
• Partner with Staff Accountants and Accounting Manager to manage 160over90 Experiential budgets, perform timely project reconciliations, and ensure projects have sufficient workpapers.
• Work with Staff Accountants, Accounting Manager, Controller, and Operations team to pull together ad hoc requests (Internal/Clients).
• Support with audit requests both Internal & External.
• Perform monthly financial close responsibilities for 160over90 Experiential including detailed understanding of project profitability report and recording journal entry adjustments to revenue and expense.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and perform timely reconciliations per close calendar.

Knowledge and Experience

Mandatory

• 4+ years of Accounting experience including general ledger reconciliations, preparation of monthly accruals and deferrals for revenue and expense, and involvement in detailed workings of AR/AP processes.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• Proficiency in Excel

Desirable

• Agency or Client Account Management experience
• Working knowledge of SAP accounting software
