About the role:

  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
    • United States  (all figures cited below in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
      • Zone A: $137,800 - $189,100
      • Zone B: $130,200 - $177,700 
      • Zone C: $121,600 - $166,300
    • Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
      • CAD 156,800 - CAD 214,700

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

  • Reporting to the Director, Product Operations

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you’ll: 

  • Manage high priority programs of cross-functional projects that span multiple areas in engineering, product, and design
  • Establish milestones, success criteria, manage dependencies, and deliver iteratively
  • Work across various Engineering, Product & Design teams to determine feasibility and timelines
  • Create and execute communication plans to keep key stakeholders informed of program status, risks, and insights
  • Plan and facilitate meetings such as project kick-offs, weekly check-ins, and project milestones to make communication easy and transparent
  • Establish and report on program health and success metrics, using data for strategic decision-making
  • Develop partnerships with stakeholders throughout the organization and ensure their expectations are effectively managed for the projects you're involved in
  • Lead post program analysis to guide future programs
  • Mentor junior members of the Engineering organization in technical skills and Webflow culture.
  • Participate in engineering citizenship activities such as co-authoring engineering blogs, strengthening and improving our hiring processes, and leading internal hackathon teams

About you:

You’ll thrive as a Senior Technical Program Manager if you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in technical program management, with direct experience managing complex, cross-functional programs
  • Have a strong technical foundation and ability understand the technical details of projects and make informed decisions
  • Excel in translating broad directives into tangible, achievable objectives
  • Display exceptional analytical, planning, and organizational skills, adept at juggling multiple priorities
  • Communicate effectively, engaging diverse stakeholders to prioritize tasks, resolve challenges, and maintain organizational alignment
  • Skilled in collaborating with individuals and teams from varied geographical and cultural backgrounds
  • Confident presenter, capable of addressing large internal groups and leadership teams
  • Proficient in driving process improvements across diverse teams and functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in large-scale platforms and organizations
  • Are comfortable working in an agile, safe-to-fail, environment
