If so, this is the chance to <strong>apply now!</strong> 📥</p><p></p><p><strong>PeopleCert </strong>is looking for a<strong> ​​Senior Governance Risk &amp; Compliance Manager</strong> is responsible for overseeing and managing internal compliance teams tasked with efforts to: optimize business processes through effective BPM practices, ensure adherence to international standards and regulations, implement and improve business continuity and risk management protocols.</p><p></p><p><strong>As a Senior Governance, Risk &amp; Compliance Manager, your tasks will include the following:</strong></p><ul> <li>Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for effective governance, risk management, and compliance across the organization.</li> <li>Business Process Mapping: Oversee the mapping and documentation of business processes to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, identify areas for improvement, and optimize efficiency and effectiveness.</li> <li>Regulatory Compliance: Monitor regulatory requirements and industry standards, ensuring the organization's activities and operations remain compliant.</li> <li>Business Continuity Management: Develop and implement comprehensive business continuity strategies and plans to ensure the organization's ability to maintain essential functions and services during and after disruptions. </li> <li>Risk Management: Oversee and ensure efficient implementation of the Risk Management framework, developing risk management strategies to protect organizational assets and interests.</li> <li>Compliance Oversight: Oversee control and standardization processes of international standards and regulations requirements.</li> <li>Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of governance, risk management, and compliance processes.</li> <li>Carry out any reasonably allocated duties and tasks, relevant to the role and the scope of activities by applying a flexible &amp; adaptable customer centric approach to serve PeopleCert’s multinational presence and global operations across multiple time zones</li> <li>Ensure their work and presence is aligned with company’s values “Quality - Passion - Integrity – Innovation,” at all times</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>What we look for: </strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Compliance, or related field. Master's degree desirable.</li> <li>Professional training and/or certification in Risk Management, Business Continuity Management or related areas (e.g., MoR)</li> <li>Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role.</li> <li>Proficiency in business process management methodologies and tools, such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and process improvement frameworks (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of international standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices related to governance, risk management, and compliance.</li> <li>Experience in developing and implementing business continuity strategies and plans to ensure organizational resilience.</li> <li>Excellent command of the English language (native-like or C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus).</li> <li>Advanced computer literacy is required.
