We specialize in Medicare, life insurance, annuities, and retirement solutions for clients nationwide. We are a growth-driven, high-performance organization that invests heavily in marketing, technology, and training, so our advisors can focus on what matters most: advising clients and closing business. WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT This is not a cold-calling financial advisor role.• Daily warm, inbound leads provided (no prospecting required)• Strong base salary + uncapped bonuses• High annuity and life insurance volume from an existing Medicare client base• On-site collaboration with Medicare Sales, Marketing, and Support teams• Proven sales processes, advanced tech stack, and leadership support WHAT YOU’LL DO • Conduct consultative client appointments focused on annuities, life insurance, and retirement strategies• Partner with Medicare Sales Agents to identify advanced planning opportunities• Present compliant, customized financial solutions• Manage applications, underwriting, and suitability• Maintain carrier and product knowledge WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORRequired:• Active Florida 2-15 license Preferred:• Series 6, 7, 63, or 65 Experience & Traits:• Background in annuities, life insurance, or retirement planning• Proven consultative sales and closing ability• Comfortable in a high-volume warm-lead environment• Strong communication and organizational skills• Competitive, motivated, and team-oriented COMPENSATION & BENEFITS• Competitive base salary• Uncapped bonuses• Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability insurance• 401(k) with 3.5% company match after one year• Generous PTO + paid holidays• On-site gym, café, and modern office environment
