Summer Trainee is a short-term paid internship, that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT and Telecom world. As our Trainee you can get your first experience and learn from the best experts in this field. The internship usually lasts 3 months from July to September. As part of NI Services IPO team, you will:
- Learn about IP and Optical Solutions & tools
- Get experience in project planning and execution
- improve your knowledge about technical documentation
- Work with mentor & team on your own project
You should have:
- Active student status (for at least one year)
- Good English, both spoken and written
- Ready to work full-time during the summer time period
- Good understanding of technical documents written in English (networking and programming related)
- Understanding of project planning and execution
- Familiarity and willingness to learn more about global delivery model and international environment
- Reporting and documentation skills using a variety of reporting packages
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Package – more than moderate Excel & Visio skills are beneficial
- Understanding of ITIL framework would be a plus
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- min. 1-2 years of academic background
- Team-player attitude
