Join our team as a Parts Room Attendant and play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly! You’ll be the go-to person for issuing tools and parts, managing inventory, and ensuring our storeroom is efficient, accurate, and well-stocked. From tracking deliveries to performing cycle counts and coordinating repairs, your work will directly impact our ability to operate safely and efficiently.

Shift Availability: 

  • 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

What you’ll do… 

  • Issue parts and tools to maintenance and production teams

  • Monitor and manage inventory using ERP systems (SAP experience a plus)

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts and equipment

  • Maintain accurate records, perform cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies

  • Coordinate repairs or rebuilding of tools and components

  • Operate forklifts or pallet jacks to move inventory as needed

  • Clean, disassemble, and reassemble parts and tools

  • Ensure all parts and tools are in safe, working condition

 

What You'll Need...

  • 1+ year of experience in a parts room, storeroom, or similar setting (internal candidates: 6+ months in manufacturing/packaging)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and plant production systems (SAP preferred)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Basic math and measurement conversion skills (decimals ↔ fractions)

  • Ability to follow safety practices, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and quality standards

  • Willingness to obtain a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) license

  • Prior PIT or hand/power tool experience a plus
