You’ll be the go-to person for issuing tools and parts, managing inventory, and ensuring our storeroom is efficient, accurate, and well-stocked. From tracking deliveries to performing cycle counts and coordinating repairs, your work will directly impact our ability to operate safely and efficiently.

What you’ll do…

Issue parts and tools to maintenance and production teams

Monitor and manage inventory using ERP systems (SAP experience a plus)

Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts and equipment

Maintain accurate records, perform cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies

Coordinate repairs or rebuilding of tools and components

Operate forklifts or pallet jacks to move inventory as needed

Clean, disassemble, and reassemble parts and tools

Ensure all parts and tools are in safe, working condition
What You'll Need...
-
1+ year of experience in a parts room, storeroom, or similar setting (internal candidates: 6+ months in manufacturing/packaging)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and plant production systems (SAP preferred)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Basic math and measurement conversion skills (decimals ↔ fractions)

Ability to follow safety practices, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and quality standards

Willingness to obtain a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) license

Prior PIT or hand/power tool experience a plus
