Position Summary: 

The Principal Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as a strategic, consultative Talent Acquisition partner, playing a pivotal role in driving recruiting efforts for mission-critical roles across the organization. Provide expert talent knowledge to business leaders to attract, assess and hire top-tier talent aligned with organizational goals. Leverage extensive recruiting experience to manage full-cycle recruiting, from creating targeted sourcing strategies to facilitating hiring decisions. Act as a trusted advisor by offering market insights and deliver tailored solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • This role serves as a key strategic partner to various Acadia leaders and their teams to find, engage and hire the best talent in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work with senior management and hiring leaders to understand role-specific requirements and organizational needs, developing tailored recruitment strategies to drive successful hiring decisions
  • Act as a consultative business advisor, offering feedback and insights that contribute to informed, timely hiring decisions
  • Cultivate relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience and clear communication Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of both active and passive talent, leveraging advanced tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, networking, and referrals.
  • Acts as a mentor to other recruiters in educating on recruiting best practices
  • Develop and implement the best TA practices to drive change, enable growth and maintain/enhance our culture to scale the company while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Leverage capabilities of our Greenhouse ATS using/publishing data and metrics to develop TA strategies & initiatives while facilitating hiring leaders to make quality and timely hiring decisions
  • Promote the company’s DEI program and partner closely with the DEI team to achieve DEI goals in TA
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related. An equivalent combination of relevant education and applicable job experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive responsibility in staffing/recruitment.Life Science recruiting experience preferred
  • Prior experience and track record of developing and implementing innovative recruiting strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Utilizes data and analytics to drive strategy and influence hiring decisions
  • Mastered offer negotiation skills at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders
  • Experience working with Greenhouse ATS highly preferred.
  • Experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter required; experience with LinkedIn Talent Insights and other sourcing and talent market tools highly preferred.

Scope:

Provides guidance to subordinates and/or manage department section, to achieve goals in accordance with established policies and to meet schedules and/or resolve problems. Receives assignments in the form of objectives. Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions; determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals. Works on issues of diverse scope which require evaluation of a variety of factors and an understanding of functional area objectives and trends. Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results may add to costs and impact the short-term goals of the organization.
