About the team
The Pico developer platform team provides tools, services, and infrastructure that empower developers to build immersive experiences targeting the PICO platform.

Resposibilities:

1. Responsible for the process research and development, performance testing and industrial evaluation of AR microLED displays.
2. Explore important technical directions for improving the performance and mass production of microLED technology.
3. Establish a supplier resource pool, conduct supplier management, and carry out in-depth technical development and cooperation with suppliers.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree or above in related fields such as III-V semiconductor light-emitting devices, semiconductor microelectronics or optoelectronics.
- Semiconductor process experience and strong technical analysis ability. Those with mass production experience are preferred.
- Passionate about the consumer electronics and XR industries, have curiosity and learning ability, and have end-product thinking.

Preferred requirements:
- Candidates with Ph.D. Degrees in III-V compound materials are preferred.
- Five or more years of work and experience in microLED displays are preferred.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $162000 - $408000 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
