Responsibilities

What You'll Do At Gaudenzia

  • Supervise clinical staff and designated support if applicable.
  • Manages and administers the day-to-day operations of a program with annual operating budget greater than $75,000, plus supervises no greater than (8) clinical staff
  • Plan implement and supervise therapeutic activities as authorized by either the Program or Division Director.
  • Develop, implement and monitor training needs and plans of clinical staff.
  • Provide close supervision of required documentation of client records, treatment logs, etc, according to established policies which comply with licensing, funding and regulatory agencies.
  • Facilitates case consults, etc.
  • Intervene in difficult cases and approve all referrals to specialized care.
  • Responsible for the supervision of the aftercare component, including follow up.
  • Responsible for the orientation of new staff members as identified by the Program or Division Director.
  • Responsible for the facility when the Program or Division Director is unavailable.
  • Design and moderate special groups such a marathon, extended groups, and family meetings.
  • Attend functions and/or meetings as directed.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications for This Role:

     

    Education and Training: Degree or CAC plus specialized training in supervision or a required area, such as adolescents, family, women MH, Criminal Justice etc.

     

    Experience:  Master Degree + 2 years experience or

                           BA/BS or CAC + 3 years experience or

                           AA/AS + 4 years experience
