JOB SUMMARY:

To pick customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.

HOURLY PAY RATE: $14.75 + $1.00 shift differential

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (includes other duties as required):

• Ability to read and understand pick ticket list and labels, various types of orders, and other shipping related documents.
• Operate a voice-pick unit to call-in barcodes labels, process, and fill customer orders.
• Select product correctly from designated location per the voice-pick unit.
• If the order is incomplete, pick any missing or incorrect garments from the designated pick location.
• Able to pick multiple orders at once utilizing Batch picking method.
• Helps with Replenishments.
• Follow all safety guidelines throughout all areas in the Distribution Center.
• Interact with other departments as necessary.
• Productivity standard 85 units per hour or more is required to maintain employment status.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Warehouse while performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

• Monday-Friday, 10:00AM-6:00PM, with OT as requested
