About the role
Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
- Support the optimization of HR Power BI dashboards and their underly data structures that track key HR metrics
- Conduct analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in workforce data
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Corporate HR teams to gather insight and support your analysis
- Research emerging AI technologies and methodologies to identify opportunities for process improvement within HR functions
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and assist with basic reporting needs, including the creation and distribution of recurring HR reports
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all HR data handling
The qualified candidate will be enrolled in an undergraduate program with a degree focus in Analytics, IO/Psych, Sociology, Human Resources, Statistics or Mathematics
