Digital Marketing Specialist

Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team in Teaneck, New Jersey. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across social media, search engines and other channels. They will collaborate within the broader team to develop new ways to engage and convert leads in UVeye’s ideal customer segments. 

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

• Execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok and Facebook
• Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns toward key metrics including qualified leads, pipeline and revenue with a focus on high return on investment from activities 
• Keyword and channel research to help us test and expand new campaigns 
• Create and optimize ad creatives, landing and website pages to maximize conversion rates at every stage of the customer journey 
• Help measure and report on campaign performance and share reports with key stakeholders
• Collaborate closely within the broader marketing and sales team to ensure alignment 

Requirements

Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience in digital marketing 
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Hands-on experience with PPC and digital campaign management across paid social, paid search, and programmatic 
• Experience in creating and optimizing digital advertising campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 

Ideally we are looking for:

• The ideal candidate will work out of our Teaneck, New Jersey office at least 3 days per week to maximize collaboration and interaction within the business 
• Certification in Google Ads, GA4 and Hubspot 
• Previous experience in high growth stage organizations 
• Basic skills with HTML and CSS

Compensation:

UVeye provides salary ranges that comply with the New Jersey State Law on salary transparency in job advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, location, education, and operational needs. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentives or other forms of compensation or benefits. The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000. In addition, this position is also eligible for a Bonus.
