Job Description:

This role is responsible for supporting program management of strategic enterprise-wide initiatives for regulatory compliance program effectiveness, including collaborating with business partners to operationalize regulatory compliance requirements, reviewing of business processes and procedures, as well as providing advice and effective challenge related to regulatory and business process changes.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic enterprise-wide initiatives to improve and enhance the compliance program. Consult with compliance and business partners on strategy development.
• Support cross functional work groups and workstreams from multiple business units in support of enhancing the compliance program. Work with all levels of management.
• Support progress and execution of program initiatives, including but not limited to tracking all aspects of initiatives, status reporting, communications, challenges, and achievements for a variety of audiences.
• Evaluate regulatory matters, findings, issues, as well as emerging issues.
• Participate in strategy sessions and debrief sessions with compliance and business partners to discuss program enhancements, as well as identify challenges and opportunities.
• Support the development of processes and responsibilities that support continuous improvement and sustainable business as usual environments.
• Monitor progress of deliverables from internal and external service provider teams.
• Deliver quality results within committed schedules for individual projects while also meeting overall performance goals.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably Business
• 6+ years of experience in compliance, project management or related experience
• In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in compliance, project management or related field

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
