What's your role?
You will join our Industrial Measurements Field Service team, comprised of skilled professionals. In collaboration with the team, you will ensure all aspects of each project align, while also taking ownership of customer relationships to ensure successful project execution and closure. In this role, you will work closely with Field Service Engineers, Technical Specialists, Account Managers, Project Engineers, and Sales Managers. You will report directly to Michael Fagundes, Head of Field Service.

Manage project timetables, customer requirements, site readiness, milestones, work orders, deadlines, and resources to maintain project scope and profitability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource utilization and balance workloads.

Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to resolve conflicts, solve problems, and ensure effective communication and organization following good documentation practices.

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, from small system deliveries to larger Vaisala systems, and support future project needs for Power and Liquid Measurement products.

Work closely with the Sales team to support opportunity reviews, provide accurate project quotes, respond promptly to bid requests, and ensure diligent project closure.

Support and develop process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency, with some travel required (>5%).
What will you bring?

Bachelor's degree and/or 2 years of related experience in a technical field.

Project management experience preferred.

Experience managing subcontractors.

Proficiency with workflow management and order processing systems, ideally SAP/S4 and Salesforce.

Experience working with remote resources is a plus.

Experience working with FDA-regulated life science customers is a plus.

Knowledge of Quality Management Systems is a plus.
