Salary & Incentives

  • Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)

  • Sign-on/Relocation Bonus: up to $10,000 sign-on or relocation bonus for approved clinics

  • Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)

  • Total compensation potential: $120,000+ annually depending on experience and performance

  • Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000 available

Clinic Details
Our Grand Prairie – Bardin Rd. clinic is part of Vista Physical Therapy and the Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN). With a 4.9-star Google rating (150+ reviews), this location is known for its collaborative, evidence-based environment and strong outcomes in orthopedic rehab, sports medicine, spine care, vestibular rehab, and work-conditioning programs. The clinic features a modern, open-concept space with private treatment rooms and a functional gym area, and is staffed by dry needling-certified PTs and an on-site OT for upper-extremity cases.

Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and create customized treatment plans for orthopedic and sports-related conditions

  • Deliver hands-on care, therapeutic exercise, and patient education aligned with best evidence

  • Document timely, accurate notes in EMR systems compliant with payer and regulatory standards

  • Collaborate with referring providers, support staff, and fellow clinicians to ensure excellent outcomes

  • Mentor students and support clinic growth through community engagement

  • Uphold Vista PT’s commitment to exceptional patient care and safety

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from a CAPTE-accredited program

  • Current or eligible Texas PT license

  • Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and EMR documentation skills

  • Interest in sports rehab, dry needling, or residency pathways a plus

  • CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

  • New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
