Our team develops and validates boards that interconnect data centers, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise networking worldwide. We  take pride in shipping products that define industry standards.

We are a team of engineers & technicians who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what's possible in PCIe-based Network Interface Card (fNIC and IPU) technology  and we're looking for a sharp, driven Hardware Electrical Validation Engineer to join us.

As a  Hardware Electrical Validation Engineer, you will own the electrical validation complex  PCIe-based Network Interface/IPU  Cards. This is a high-impact, highly technical role where your work directly influences product quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Develop and execute electrical validation plans for complex SoCs integrated into PCIe-based Network Interface Cards (NICs).
  • Define electrical validation methodologies, test coverage, and success criteria for networking hardware.
  • Perform signal integrity, power integrity, and electrical compliance testing on high-speed interfaces using automation software.
  • Identify, debug, and resolve issues across hardware, firmware and system interactions.
  • Conduct board-level electrical validation and characterization using laboratory instrumentation including oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, power supplies, thermal chambers, and Bit Error Rate Test (BERT) equipment.
  • Analyze validation results and provide results in a report format.
  • Develop automation and data analysis tools using Python or related scripting languages.
  • Collaborate closely with architecture, design, firmware, software, manufacturing, and validation teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Support hardware bring-up, system margin testing, environmental stress testing, and compliance qualification activities.

Behavioral traits that we are looking for:
