As a Sr. Specialist, Quality, you will drive food safety and quality awareness throughout the facility through the maintenance and continuous improvement of the food safety management system.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Display and promote positive safe behaviors at all times, and encourage others to follow all safety standards as well
• Ensure compliance and drive improvement of the Food Safety Management System
• Ensure compliance to all prerequisite programs and GMPs throughout manufacturing facility
• Ensure all food safety and quality standards are met and documented throughout the production process
• Facilitate food safety audits of production facility and escalate non-conformances

You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance with strong understanding of the Food Safety Management System.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and statistical experience.
• Ability to work autonomously and in ambiguous situations.
