M-F - 40 hours - Hybrid Schedle. Onsite Wednesday, remote on the other days but may need to be onsite as needed.

Job Description:

Duties/Responsibilities

• Maintain General Ledger

• Month end / Year end responsibility, close, reporting, variance analyses

• Reconcile balance sheet accounts

• Prepare financials as assigned

• Assist with tax audits and return requests as assigned

• Special projects as assigned

• Assist with annual budget process

• Assist with annual audit process

• Assist with developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Required Skills/Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience required

• Knowledge of GAAP

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products

• Ability to effectively communicate with various persons

• Proofing various items 

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
