Job Summary: Specializes in developing and maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) systems, to help businesses manage their interactions with current and potential customers, such as sales, marketing, service, and support. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST’s Character Qualities.

Essential Functions: All expectations described in the job description’s essential functions are necessary to be successful in this role, performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.

• Consulting with clients and stakeholders to understand their business requirements and objectives, and to propose solutions that meet their needs and expectations.

• Designing and developing applications, features, and components, using the appropriate programming languages, frameworks, and tools.

• Customizing and configuring systems, such as adding fields, forms, views, buttons, workflows, business rules, and validations, to suit the specific needs of each organization.

• Integrating systems with other external systems, such as email, social media, web analytics, or ERP, using web services, APIs, or middleware.

• Testing and debugging solutions, using various tools and techniques, such as unit testing, integration testing, debugging tools, or logging.

• Deploying and updating solutions, using various tools and methods, such as deployment packages, change sets, or source control.

• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for systems, such as fixing bugs, errors, or performance issues, and answering user queries and feedback.

• Monitoring and maintaining systems, such as backing up data, applying patches, or upgrading software versions, to ensure their security, reliability, and availability.

• Documenting and reporting on development activities, such as creating user manuals, technical specifications, or progress reports.

• Researching and learning new technologies, platforms, and tools, to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to improve solutions.

• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continuously improve skills and contribute to the team's success.

 

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience in computer science required. Experience with Salesforce Platform and nCino Banking Platform is a plus.
