The Global Distribution Strategy and Transformation team is looking for a Manager, Change and Strategic Delivery to lead transformative programs that drive meaningful change and impact across Salesforce. This isn't just a change role, it's all about strategic delivery. We need a creative problem-solver who can translate complex business challenges into actionable strategies and then see them through to successful, sustainable outcomes.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, program management, and change leadership. You'll partner with stakeholders to solve critical business problems, design the strategy for how we'll get there, and then be accountable for the full lifecycle of the program—from concept to execution. While your core focus will be leading large-scale change management initiatives, your ability to think strategically, influence without authority, and seamlessly pivot to other challenges is what will set you apart.
The ideal candidate is an all-around problem solver who thrives on tackling ambiguity and takes the initiative to get things done. You will report to the Senior Director, Global Strategy and Transformation, and work closely with diverse teams to achieve successful outcomes.
This is an office-flexible role with an expectation of being in-office 3 days per week for team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead with a change-first mindset. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of large-scale transformations, from defining the strategy to designing and executing the change and program management deliverables.
Be a strategic partner and problem-solver. You'll identify core business problems, design holistic solutions, and build the relationships needed to drive alignment and momentum. This includes leading cross-functional teams, facilitating strategic workshops, and presenting to senior leaders.
Drive program delivery. You will develop and manage program plans, facilitate cross-functional forums, and ensure we're delivering on our strategic goals.
Build relationships and influence outcomes. You'll be a trusted partner to business leaders, proactively identifying their needs and ensuring our programs are aligned with business priorities.
Measure and ensure success. You will define success metrics, including adoption and business value, and build sustainable change by empowering leaders and teams to be "change agents" long after a program is completed.
Required Skills/Experience:
A strategic and adaptable thinker. You have at least 8+ years of experience in strategic delivery, transformation, or change management. You can analyze a complex problem and develop a clear, compelling strategy to address it.
Proven track record of success. You have a history of designing and implementing organizational change management programs for large-scale transformations, with a focus on sustainable outcomes.
Program management expertise. You are skilled in program management and have experience building and delivering on complex, cross-functional project plans.
Exceptional communication and influence. You have a proven ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from frontline staff to senior executives, and can influence outcomes without direct authority.
A builder and a doer. You have a history of rolling up your sleeves to get things done in a fast-paced environment. You aren't afraid of ambiguity and are always looking for a way to add value.
A relevant degree or equivalent experience is required. We evaluate candidates on core competencies and a history of impactful work.
