Job Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented P2P Analyst to support and enhance end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and control integrity of the entire P2P lifecycle—from requisition through payment.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the P2P control framework, driving process standardization, improving data visibility, and partnering cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, and Operations to reduce risk and optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• P2P Controls & Compliance: Lead the end-to-end P2P control program, including control monitoring and remediation; Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOX requirements, and audit standards.
• P2P Data, Metrics & Reporting: Develop and deliver P2P performance and control metrics; Build, analyze, and distribute periodic P2P reports; Perform periodic reconciliations, including GR/IR, Supply Chain Financing, and Virtual Card accounts.
• End-to-End P2P Process Support: Partner with Procurement, Finance, and Operations to support upstream and downstream P2P processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive standardization across the lifecycle.
• Continuous Improvement: Support transformation and automation initiatives, acting as a P2P SME to improve system performance, process efficiency, and data integrity.
• Exception Management: Resolve complex invoice and PO issues; Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in procurement, accounts payable, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of controls, governance, and audit processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work autonomously under minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience building and publishing Power BI dashboards.
• Experience building data models and combining data from multiple sources.
• Experience working with offshore teams.
• Experience with SAP ECC or S4 Hana.
• Experience with SAP Signavio.
• Experience with OpenText VIM.

The base salary rate for this role is $69,100 to $103,700 annually.
