Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor for Personal Care
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor to oversee personal care services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Med Tech's and Personal Care aides, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
Shift is every other weekend 7a-7p with available pick up time through scheduling app if desired.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of Medication Technicians and personal care aides.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Monitor patient health and progress, making adjustments to care plans as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding patient care.
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations to promote professional development.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and services.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare standards using Point Click Care
- Address patient and family concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of patient care practices and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
