The Project Manager will lead medium to large-scale, moderately complex projects within a dynamic health insurance environment embedded in a healthcare system. This position requires strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills to drive cross-functional initiatives such as internal restructuring and IT system conversions. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, collaborative, and proactive in applying Lean principles to improve efficiency and deliver impactful results.
A caregiver in this position works days, 8:00am—5:00pm. This is a Hybrid position and requires 2-3 days a week onsite at our Administrative Campus located in Beachwood.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Leverage basic project management tools to deliver results.
Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
Prepare and complete action plans, complete audits and identify trends.
Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Meet financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements and participate in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures.
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
3 years of project experience in assigned area which may include progressively responsible experience supporting a clinical system and/or data/financial analysis, etc.
Experience creating and maintaining a project plan from inception through completion
Effective relationship building skills
Can hold stakeholders accountable
Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
Strong communication and influence skills
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Degree in Marketing
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Health insurance experience or health plan operations
