Location: Chicago or Cincinnati
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days at home weekly
Job Summary
We are seeking an Associate Customer Strategy Lead within our Strategy & Insights team. As Associate Lead, you will work alongside a Customer Strategy Lead as Sales support and a customer point of contact with the Strategy & Insights team, communicating with internal stakeholders and external clients to address and bring evidence to respond to strategic questions. You will assist in discovering data-driven insights and providing recommendations to support business decisions. Leveraging your strong relationship building and analytical abilities, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize brand performance and ROI, enhance customer experiences, and contribute to client retention and growth.
This role acts reports into a Customer Strategy Lead and works consistently with cross functional support teams. Preference will be given to candidates with a combination of previous experience working within a digital healthcare marketing/media company – specifically responsible for using data to gauge marketing program performance.
What You’ll Do
- Functional Area Management
- This position works with a Customer Strategy Lead to plan, execute, and deliver program performance metrics such as brand lift and ROI. Your ability to work with cross functional team on different input into this delivery is important.
- Familiarity with statistics
- While direct calculation and use of statistical methods and advanced analytics techniques is not required, the ability to interpret them to identify patterns, trends, and correlations is key.
- Provide brand recommendations
- Work directly with clients to determine their key determinants of success and provide recommendations to deliver.
- Provide actionable insights
- Translate data findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve decision-making processes and drive business performance.
- Present findings
- Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including presentations, reports, and visualizations.
- Continuously improve analytics recommendations
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics, and apply them to enhance the team's analytical capabilities and efficiency.
What We Need
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in a data-driven roles
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Ability to mentor others: Open to mentoring employees at various career levels - helping them to think through the best approach to solving the issue at hand.
