The Opportunity

The Sr Analyst - Business Operations will support a range of strategic programs and processes managed by the Enterprise Tech Strategy team. This role requires strong critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to synthesize data and present findings to executive management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate knowledge of technology platforms, possess financial and business acumen, and manage projects effectively. Success in this role depends on self-driven execution, whether working independently or collaborating across teams to deliver impactful results.

The Work Itself

• Acts as a customer liaison and Subject Matter expert for other functions and departments within Ally Bank Partners with cross functional teams on key initiatives directly impacting Technology organization strategic outcomes.
• Support the Enterprise Technology Strategy team utilizing various platforms such as MS Office, Jira, Sharepoint, Confluence, and more to help drive efficiencies
• Apply strategic critical thinking skills to develop actionable insights and recommendations across all programs and processes owned by Tech Strategy.
• Build clear, concise presentations and reports to communicate findings and proposals to executive management.
• Manage and coordinate program and project activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, driving them to completion through independent problem solving or effective networking and collaboration.
