Ping Identity is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Global Marketing Campaign and Program Manager to lead key cross-functional initiatives that accelerate pipeline creation and drive meaningful engagement across the buyer’s journey. This role will manage and scale programs that bridge marketing and sales, including our global prospecting initiatives, support for prospect, base, and partner campaigns, and the strategic components of tier one event promotion. You’ll be a key player on the Campaigns and Demand Services team, working closely with global and regional marketing, SDR leaders, partner marketing, and sales leadership to drive campaign impact and revenue growth.
You will:
- Lead and optimize the Prospecting Boost Program to drive high-quality pipeline growth.
- Support end-to-end campaign strategy and global rollout, including process improvements, cross-functional alignment, global webinars, and partner campaign initiatives.
- Own the strategic marketing framework for global tier one events, collaborating across regions to ensure cohesive, multi-channel promotion.
- Collaborate with SDR managers and sales leadership on pipeline progression programs, including return-to-nurture campaigns and SDR-specific plays.
- Manage and evolve the AI Meeting Bot program, ensuring seamless integration into existing workflows and tracking impact on engagement and pipeline.
- Drive cross-team collaboration to ensure seamless alignment across global campaigns, digital, field, and partner marketing functions.
You have:
- 5–10 years of experience in demand generation, campaign management, global marketing, or field marketing roles.
- Proven experience collaborating closely with sales organizations, SDR teams, and sales leadership.
- Strong organizational and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with marketing and sales platforms such as Marketo & 6Sense, and related campaign enablement tools.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a data-driven and solution-oriented mindset.
You have an advantage if:
- You have experience managing partner campaigns or initiatives in collaboration with field and partner marketing stakeholders.
- You’ve managed campaigns directly or been involved in marketing process optimization projects across matrixed organizations.
- You’ve supported global event promotion strategy or worked on large-scale integrated marketing programs.
- You’ve worked in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity industries.
- You’ve used or managed AI-based marketing tools, or chat/meeting bot solutions.
- You’re comfortable analyzing campaign performance in Salesforce, Tableau, or similar platforms and taking action from your analysis to optimize current programs
