The Job

As a Senior Supply Chain Analytics Data Analyst, you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor team working remotely. You will be responsible for designing and developing Power BI visualization reports for Global Planning Tools & Outdoor teams. In this role, you will participate in projects supporting the Global Planning T&O business by leveraging data, drawing insights, building visualization tools, and making recommendations to help improve planning performance. You’ll also get to:

• Develop Power BI visualization reports with large datasets.

• Develop dashboards that visualize key performance indicators to support key business requests.

• Design complex data models that utilize multiple databases in Snowflake

• Leverage existing BI tools, including Power BI and QlikView to develop analyses.  

• Ability to work on multiple types of projects at the same time, i.e., discovery, concept development, and production builds.

• Collaborate with other groups and departments directly to ensure a successful project.

• Effectively plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects using principles, methods, and standard techniques that are appropriate to the specific project. Create and manage an effective project schedule.

• Generate new techniques, ideas, and solutions to improve delivery quality, increase efficiency, and reduce waste/downtime.

The Person

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) related fields.

• 2 - 4 years of experience in data modeling and data visualization.

• Advanced SQL capabilities for data wrangling and extraction required. Knowledge of Snowflake environment and working with extremely large data volumes is a plus.

• Strong understanding of data warehousing methodologies, and ETL processing.

• Proficient in BI tools - Power BI, and QlikView. Working experience in Python is desired.

• Strong analytical skills and a strong attention to detail are required.

• Self-motivated and willingness to overcome challenges

• Strong multitasking ability as well as the ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Excellent organization, personnel management, and matrix management skills. Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with people at all levels and different backgrounds

• Systemic knowledge/ expertise with SAP & JDA
