You are:
A consummate organizer. You have a passion for acting as the go-to person for planning, organizing, and overseeing operations related to ongoing projects. You partner with others on the project team to ensure projects are running smoothly and on time. You are also extremely detail oriented.
The work:
You will support the service delivery or product team(s) in managing resources, projects, and budgets to meet the goals of the business and clients. When required, develop, and execute demand management processes, provide training and education on standard project management requirements and methods, facilitate project governance and reporting, and create models to improve business decisions.
Here’s what you need:
- 4-year degree OR no degree with four years of relevant work experience
- 2+ years of experience working in project administration/support OR operations administration/support
- 2+ years of experience with any/all of the following: resource tracking, status reporting, metrics reporting and analysis, time reporting, deliverable tracking, procurement, finance reporting, expense reporting, issue and risk tracking, change control management, accounts receivable/payable, and service management reporting
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel or Advanced knowledge of the application
- US Citizenship is required (No Dual Citizenship)
Bonus points if:
- Experience with MS Project, MS Project Server/Project Web Access (PWA) or other Work Planning application
- Experience with JIRA or other Agile tools/reporting applications
- Experience with Power BI highly preferred Proficient to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite – Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Power Point
- Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value
- Ability to contribute to the creation of an environment that facilitates high performance and motivates individuals to work collaboratively as a team
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Ability to direct own work and that of others
- Leads/manages small to medium work effort and/or team
- Strong written and oral communication
- Strong problem-solving skills

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:
California: $58,300-$116,000
Colorado: $58,300-$100,200
New York: $54,000-$116,000
Washington State: $62,000-$106,600
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia.
