Will Rogers Downs Casino in Claremore is searching for an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our venue. You will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring quality standards, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for food and beverage service, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Oversee daily operations of the venue.
- Provide leadership and foster a positive work environment for staff.
- Interview, hire, train, and orient new team members.
- Ensure the quality of all food and beverage products served.
- Evaluate and oversee job performance.
- Prepare departmental schedules.
- Maintain safe and sanitary work environments for employees and guests.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain par stocks.
- Ensure compliance with gaming laws, company policies, and federal regulations.
- Conduct group and individual training on policies, procedures, food and beverage choices, equipment, and service standards.
- Understand and follow all company policies and procedures.
- Promote a fun, friendly, and safe environment.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of food and beverage experience.
- Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
- Ability to obtain a State Issued Alcoholic Beverage License.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Knowledge of food and beverage handling practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
