If you thrive in a dynamic international environment, bring strong analytical skills, and enjoy making complex topics understandable for senior stakeholders, this is your opportunity to grow and contribute to something that matters.</p><p></p><h2>Your responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p>Consolidate and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual management figures for the global Fresenius Kabi organization</p></li><li><p>Support the preparation and coordination of group-wide budgets and forecasts</p></li><li><p>Calculate key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct variance analyses and special evaluations to support the Executive Board and senior leadership</p></li><li><p>Prepare insightful reports and high-quality presentations for top-level decision-makers</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the continuous improvement of controlling processes and global reporting standards</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with local controllers and act as a point of contact across regions and functions</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>Your profile</h2><ul><li><p>Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, or similar (e.g., <span>Diplom-Kaufmann/-frau,</span> Master’s degree)</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 3 years’ experience in controlling, ideally in a global corporate environment</p></li><li><p>Structured, proactive, and reliable working style with a high level of initiative</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complexity into clarity</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities</p></li><li><p>Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)</p></li><li><p>Experience with SAP (SEM-BCS, CO, BW) is a strong advantage</p></li><li><p>Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken</p></li></ul><p><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Mindesteingruppierung/Minimum</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span> Grading:</p>E 11 (K)
