Our Phillips‑Medisize global commercial team is hiring for a Senior Director, Business Development – Global In Vitro Diagnostics & Life Sciences. This role will provide strategic, enterprise‑level leadership for one of the most important and rapidly growing global accounts in the business.
The Senior Director will be accountable for driving profitable, sustainable growth by setting and executing global account strategy, shaping long‑term commercial roadmaps, and leading a high‑performing team focused on expanding revenue, margin, and customer partnerships. This leader will serve as the primary executive interface between Phillips‑Medisize and the customer, ensuring alignment across commercial, technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
This is a remote role based in the United States with global responsibility, requiring travel throughout the U.S. and internationally to engage internal teams and external customers. Preference for this role is in southern Wisconsin or the northern Chicago area.

What You Will Do
- Provide strategic commercial leadership for a flagship global IVD and Life Sciences account, setting long‑term vision, growth strategy, and investment priorities.
- Own global account P&L performance, with accountability for revenue growth, profitability, and long‑range commercial planning.
- Lead and execute enterprise‑level account strategies that expand scope, deepen customer partnerships, and drive sustainable, profitable sales growth.
