The role is responsible for coordinating warehouse operations, supporting sales and product initiatives, and managing logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and samples. This position works cross-functionally with supply chain, product management, and external partners to meet customer and business needs.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned

  • Manage and optimize warehouse space to ensure efficient storage and distribution of products and samples
  • Navigate logistical challenges to support customer requirements and maintain service levels
  • Support sales teams by preparing and coordinating product sample sales pitches
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new therapy strategy solutions
  • Manage backorders in collaboration with product managers and supply chain teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external customers including vendors and logistical partners
  • Oversee and maintain online ordering channels, ensuring accuracy, availability, and usability
  • Monitor inventory levels and workflows to support operational efficiency and compliance

  • PEOPLE MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONAL CAREER STREAM: Management and supervisory professionals with one or more employees who are focused on tactical, operational and some strategic activities within a specified area. Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years prior
