Summary

The Business Development Director will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of PNH's services. This individual will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and enhancing PNH's presence in the specialty healthcare sector.

Must be open to traveling 2-3 days per week & spending 8-12 weekends out of the year at National Conferences.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Present the PNH Enterprise Value Proposition leading to wins and contract execution
• Develop and implement strategies to expand PNH's client base, focusing on independent specialty practices and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, and industry influencers.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for expansion.
• Lead the sales process from prospecting to negotiation, ensuring alignment with PNH's objectives and values.
• Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and technology, to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on business development activities, opportunities, and outcomes.
• Responsible for completing the annual conflict of interest survey, ensure direct reports complete annual compliance surveys and provide coaching and feedback on performance related to compliance education and ongoing phishing simulation programs.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 8 or more years of experience in business development within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
