Summary/Objective
We are hiring an Enterprise Full Stack Developer to implement and execute on the architectural design for our proprietary AI platform. This critical role is responsible for the full-stack development life cycle, working under the guidance of a Lead Developer to ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performance applications that integrate cutting-edge Generative AI pipelines. Success requires demonstrated proficiency in enterprise-level software engineering and the strategic application of AI-specific frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
- Application Development and Maintenance: Develop, implement, and maintain the full application stack according to established architectural patterns, managing both the client-side interface (workflow builders, data visualization) and the core server-side services (API, model invocation, data persistence).
- AI Integration and Orchestration: Implement and optimize core AI workflows utilizing industry-standard orchestration patterns and platforms necessary for managing Generative AI pipelines (e.g., chains, agents, RAG implementations).
- Backend and API Delivery: Deliver secure, high-throughput RESTful/GraphQL APIs to support platform operations and facilitate integration with internal and third-party AI/ML services.
- Data and Context Strategy: Oversee the design and execution of data persistence strategies, including relational/NoSQL stores and specialized Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate) essential for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) capabilities.
- Engineering Governance: Ensure adherence to enterprise coding standards, conduct rigorous code reviews, and establish best practices for application reliability and maintainability.
- Collaborative Execution: Collaborate closely with the Lead Developer, Product Management, UX/UI, and AI/ML Engineering to execute on defined technical roadmaps and translate complex capabilities into streamlined user experiences.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
