Summary of Job Duties:

The Hourly Testing Assistant works closely with the Testing Services team and industry partners to ensure efficient day-to-day operation of the office. The Hourly Testing Assistant will engage with a broad range of clients, including testing candidates, students, faculty, staff, and testing partners. This position will oversee test preparation and administration to ensure the security of test materials and student confidentiality under the ADA, FERPA, Academic Integrity, and other applicable laws/policies. Applicants for this position should be well-organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job function, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

This position typically works 18-22 hours weekly.
Must be available to work on Saturday and occasional evenings.


Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma

  • At least one year of experience in a specialized or related area applicable to work performed

  • Availability to work Saturdays and some evenings

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
