Job Summary

Join a team that’s transforming how facilities and operations are managed across the country.  As the Implementation Manager, you will be a key role in deploying and supporting complex Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), including SSC’s proprietary platform, SERV. This role ensures successful implementation and long-term adoption of technology solutions that enhance operational excellence across SSC.

 

As a member of a collaborative, cross-functional team, the Implementation Manager will lead project planning, execution, and delivery, driving consistency through best-in-class project management practices, communication, and performance tracking. This role also partners closely with internal teams within SSC and Compass Group to scope, plan, and deliver technological initiatives that improve efficiency, visibility, and client experience.

 

A strong understanding of the SERV platform, attention to detail, and the ability to connect technology solutions with business outcomes are key to success in this role.

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversee planning, execution, delivery, adoption, and handoff of technology products
  • Build project teams (directly and indirectly) and actively coordinate team members to maximize productivity and project velocities
  • Define project objectives, scope, timelines, milestones, resources
  • Allocate budgets, personnel, and other resources to project teams
  • Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to plans and schedules
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that could impact project delivery
  • Serve as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations
  • Communicate progress, risks, and escalations appropriately to relevant stakeholders including various levels of the organization, multiple departments, and business units.
  • Collaborate and build relationships with all stakeholders – including senior executives, sponsors, business owners, clients, and field operators.
  • Create and maintain all project documentation pertinent to each project, including but not limited to status reports, work plans, presentations, analysis, and facilitation events.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and facilitate change within a project, departments, operational teams, or across corporate departments.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed successfully
  • Develop and execute Waterfall and Agile project plans as required to support project goals, adapt approach and project management methodology as needed to ensure project success

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree (MBA or MAC) preferred.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, and/or Agile certifications strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, ideally with enterprise-level, technical, or organizational change initiatives.
  • Experience with a Big 4 consulting firm highly valued.
