As an Associate, Merchant Experience Product Manager within Offers & Shopping, you will be responsible to build the product vision, construct a roadmap for the various capabilities for a high-growth business case for the card-linked-offers platform, and successfully implement all of these capabilities while balancing the security, controls and governance/regulatory requirements. Together with an amazing team of Data Scientists, Engineers and Marketing/Sales stakeholders you will help deliver advanced capabilities in any one of these areas: audience targeting, campaign forecasting, campaign performance optimization, and campaign management and analytics.

Job responsibilities

  • Identify the needs of our stakeholders and develop an executable roadmap to deliver them in a complex and highly matrixed environment
  • Define key product analytics and machine learning/artificial intelligence capabilities to support the full campaign lifecycle
  • Manage a wide set of stakeholders from business, product, sales, architecture, engineering, and controls to identify the best solutions
  • Work alongside Data Science and Analytics teams to develop automated and mature solutions that will address both national brands and small business campaigns
  • Partner with third party data companies to enhance capabilities to differentiate our value proposition
  • Work with Data Use Council, Model Governance, and Product cabinet to design and implement solutions that abide by JPMorgan Chase governance, regulatory and contractual obligations
  • Partner directly with technology scrum teams to translate product requirements and user stories into technology sizing estimates and requirements 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience within a marketing, advertising or technology team
  • Experience in product development, technology, or consulting position with exposure to rigorous and large-scale program implementations and product management
  • Experience working on Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and/or Data mining projects 
  • Experience in identifying and addressing program risk and issues in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to partner directly with data science teams and technology scrum teams to translate product requirements into user stories for estimation and delivery 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate product vision, strategy and requirements to engineering, product and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to build durable relationships, influence without authority, sell concepts internally, and actively manage decision-making across organizations
  • Experience with Agile methodology and best practices and ability to adapt Agile tools (e.g., Jira and Jira Align) to successfully manage all projects

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Degree in relevant field of study 
  • Previous experience in Financial Services, Advertising, or Consulting
  • Knowledge of Analytic tools : Tableau, SQL queries, Python, etc.
