About the Position:
This position is REMOTE. It will start with training in all Front Desk duties, identifying insurance plans, collecting copays and balances, pre-registration prior to appointments, and more. It will then transition to connecting with patients after their video visits to assist with scheduling appointment(s). This could also include assisting with New Patient documents, routing messages to other staff and providers, strong communication with the front desk team, and so much more! We'll keep you busy! Once fully trained, we will transition you home for remote work.

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift (8:20am-5:00pm)
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- $19.00 – $20.00 per hour to start, depending on experience
- Training in Folsom, CA 95630.
